Spanning 2 levels our Bar Publico, Diner, Open Air Terrace, Lounge and Parlour all draw from a rich collection of easy Latin influences including Cuban, Caribbean, Spanish and Mexican.
The kitchen is based around a fresh seasonal menu designed by Executive Chef Tom Walton with influence on Pan-American and hotel classics.
