We love a good roast lunch or dinner as much as anyone and our new Rotisol Rotisserie, imported from France brings with it the best of the best in delicious, juicy roasting ability.

When the cravings hit for salty roast chicken or slow-roasted Berkshire porchetta that is super tender and succulent on the inside, yet blistered and crisp on the outside, Group Executive Chef Danny Corbett has designed a menu to showcase the very best produce from specialist farmers across NSW.

“Our new menu is a celebration of Australian produce, featuring free-range, ethically sourced chicken, porchetta from Berkshire pigs in northern NSW, and Kinross lamb direct from Holbrook, hand-picked from Hampshire Down sheep. The addition of the Rotisol Rotisserie allows us to deliver, perfectly roasted meats that honor the craft of classic rotisserie cooking in a pub setting” – Danny Corbett, Group Executive Chef

Chickens are served by the half or the whole, Kinross Lamb Leg and Berkshire Porchetta by the thick and juicy slice, either on a fresh sourdough baguette, gravy and fries for the classic lover or keep your chook and pork solo with crunchy cos salad and fries or classic veggies and gravy included.

Grab some sides from the extended menu to amp up your Rotisserie & Grill choices like a good old Yorkshire Pudding, Buttery Mash Potato with Chicken Gravy for the classic lovers, or go for some fresh new options like thin slice Pastrami & Pickles, Merquez Sausage Roll or a twist on the fish shop favourite Potato Scallops with malt vinegar to round out the meal.
