JAN 12 – Adi Toohey, Benj + Carla Uriarte

We’re back! 2017 was an incredible year at Harry’s and we thought it fitting to start 2018 off with some of the finest selectors in town laying down a whole night of 1’s and 2’s.

Adi Toohey (FBi)

A now seasoned selector amongst the Sydney scene, you’ll either find Adi Toohey regulating the dancefloor from a local DJ booth, presenting Saturday Sunset on FBi Radio, working at the record store or hosting parties with her Rimbombo crew. Having opened for the likes of Hunee, Young Marco and Black Madonna as well as laying down a solid Boiler Room set last year, Adi continues to showcase her selective sound to only the best dancefloors around.

Benj (YOLK)

Known for his work with the YOLK crew, Benj is no stranger to throwing an epic party. Always working hard behind the scenes, his recent project with Under The Dome has a focus on moving the club atmosphere into your local park, tinnies in hand and smiles all round! Benj has developed an expressive sound in his sets that has shown he can be the DJ for any occasion. Expect a blend of funked out disco jams and all things house when he hits the floor!

Carla Uriarte

Carla Uriarte was born in the Philippines, grew up in San Francisco, became a woman in Spain and now comfortably resides in Sydney, Australia. Her nomadic nature plays an important role in her music as being under the mesh of different cultures inspires her to see perspective in all directions. Carla brings an overcomplicated jolt to the head – transfers it to the body and moves it to the soul.
